Bridal, Prom and Special Occasion Hair and Creative Cutting. I’m London trained and you can trust me to create beautiful hair and add unique details and care, using vegan products. I go even further in relaxing and supporting you with pamper parties.
A range of Holistic Therapy and Mindset Treatments for you enhancing your health, relaxation and wellbeing.
Giving sentient animals and equines a self-selection voice through treatments and 6-month experiences empowering you on holistic animal care and on a soul level with your animal, they’re wisdom helps guide your life path. .
Our Essence Store sells Crystals, Flower and Crystal Essences, Essential Oil and Wellness Products.
Sarah’s Qualifications
I am fully insured and VTCT, BABTAC, various Diplomas, Reiki Master, and City and Guilds Hairdressing qualified and I’m passionate whether it is creating beautiful hair or offering life changing holistic therapies for yourself and your animal family.
I am a qualified Animal and Equine Holistic Therapist in a number of modalities
I also facilitate accredited holistic training through my Amethyst Holistic Membership and Academy offering both treatments and in-person and online quality courses.

About me personally
I love life and live in a beautiful rural Essex village. I have always connected with animals and share a beautiful pony. I enjoy walking and love nature, volunteering holistic therapies at Remus sanctuary, meditation, creating my own English Signature Flower Essence range, travelling, manifestation and mindset and spending time with family and friends.
I’m passionate about everything holistic and the subtle but vital messages our body and heart give us from our higher self and healing from our animals.
