Reiki Crystal Healing – Deeply relaxing couch treatment using healing crystals. Kick start your bodies self healing and immune system and rebalance your whole chackra energy system. Chackra’s are spinning energy vortexes connected to organs, endocrine glands and emotions. If these spin out of balance then emotional and physical dis-ease presents itself.
Auricular (Hopi) Ear Candling – Very relaxing couch treatment, where ear candles are lit, containing cleansing herbs, clearing out any ear congestion and includes a relaxing, acupressure, crystal face massage. Excellent for hay fever, sinus issues and before flying.
Seated chair Indian Head Massage a very relaxing upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, head, and a face massage using healing crystals on acupressure points. Base oils are selected for your skin type. Indian head can be given without oils, if you prefer. Please wear a strappy top or a sports bra top.
Hand and Arm and/or Leg and Foot Massage – Deep skin moisturizing, boost circulation and lymphatics, enjoy younger looking hands and soothe achy, puffy feet.
Swedish Body Massage – Relaxing, boosting circulation and lymphatic system. Certain areas can be targeted such as back and shoulder tension.

Please message us via email and include your name and contact details, including which date you require and for how many if known and if it is for a specific occasion. Sarah will reply as soon as possible and if you do not hear within 48 Hours please do send a reminder in case Sarah has not seen it, thankyou.
Terms and Conditions
A non refundable booking fee of £25 secures your chosen date. We can only reserve your pamper date after confirmation that your deposit has been received. These are very popular so please book quickly to avoid disappointment.

The full balance is due 48 hours before your party date.
Sarah will arrange an arrival time with you this will be 20 minutes before your party starts.
For Swedish and hot stone massage treatments each person needs to provide two bath towels. Please note massage oil / cream is used and can stain towels.
Amethyst Therapies cannot carry out any treatments within the first trimester (3 months) of pregnancy or massage within 2 weeks of childbirth.
Please notify Amethyst Therapies of any Allergies whatsoever, especially as some products may contain nut, soya, wheat, coconut, essential oils or other ingredients. These can be easily avoided.
Please also notify Sarah of any medications, and all illnesses such as for example, epilepsy, cancer, blood clots, heart disease, diabetes, under, or overactive thyroid gland, any neurological illness including MS, any autoimmune diseases, ME and fibromyalgia, vertigo etc. A thorough consultation is always carried out, and I tailor your treatment around your health, so you gain the best benefits. Massage treatments cannot be given if you are taking warfarin or any blood thinning medications, blood clots or if you have cancer as oncology massage is required for insurance. Reiki and crystal healing are excellent alternatives. Occasionally for some health problems permission from your doctor may be required. Auricular ear candling treatment cannot be given if you have had a perforated eardrum, or have ear grommets.
The booking pamper party client is responsible for any Amethyst Therapies car parking costs. Please notify Sarah of any difficult parking situations so that I can ensure I am on time, and ready to give you a relaxing experience to remember.
If Amethyst Therapies travel distance to you exceeds a 25 mile round trip, then a 30p per mile charge applies. Travel distances are calculated using google maps, postcode to postcode shortest distance or What Three Words if the postcode is not available.
Cancellations
As much as Amethyst Therapies understands that sometimes unforeseen events happen, however, strictly 24 Hours notice is the minimum notice to cancel. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment will require 50% of the monies paid.
In the extremely rare event of Amethyst Therapies cancelling, then another mutual date will be offered, if this is not suitable then a full refund will be made.
