Holistic therapies work on the root causes to help support and heal your animal through emotional and physical issues. It’s looking at the whole picture – and reducing toxic overload and gut health.

Holistic treatment complements all veterinary treatment and speeds recovery. They also heal on deep emotional level making a huge difference for your animal with a behaviourist, trainer, groomer, when in boarding kennels / cattery / sitter and for animals leaving a breeder or rescue.
Please ensure whoever works with your beautiful animal friend, only uses true zoopharmacognosy self-selection principles. I connect intuitively with them so they choose their own base oils, hydrosols, essential oils and their dilutions. We never offer blends of oils as animals cannot fully process blends and we would not apply essential oils to your canine or equine during massage bodywork. When we apply topically and this is not always directly on the body, your animal indicates in a specific way, often corresponding to meridian and acupuncture points. Reiki and Advanced Healing Techniques
“Rei” meaning universal life force and “ki” meaning energy is an ancient, powerful yet gentle Japanese healing system that kick starts your animals inbuilt healing mechanism, strengthening the immune system, relaxing and re-balancing on every level.
My advanced healing techniques go even further including clearing, repairing and replacing chackra energies and realigning, clearing, and repairing holes and tears in the aura layers. These can be caused by stress, diet, illness, injury, shock or loss, vet treatment and surgery, medication, inoculations, chemical flea, tick and worming.
Crystal Healing
Crystals are amazing healers for physical and emotional issues, they heal pain and inflammation, stem bleeding, boost the immune system, calm or energize, have antibacterial and flea repellent properties, training focus and so much more. Crystals are formed within perfectly arranged atoms and molecules, enabling them to hold a constant healing vibration lifting the body up to healthier, higher frequencies. Their specific minerals, colour and how they’re formed influence their healing properties.
Colour Healing
Every colour has its own healing frequency affecting animals both emotionally and physically. I use various effective colour healing techniques and sometimes animals ask for a specific colour. Colours help with a whole range of issues from inflammation, fleas, calming, boosting the immune system, pain, speedier recovery. Indoor animals really benefit.
EFT Tapping – Emotional Freedom Technique
How EFT can help
Eft is a simple therapy that effectively re-frames the brain, helping to heal the root causes of behavioural and physical issues, releasing their associated negative emotions. It helps a wide range of issues including: coping with pain or discomfort, crate rest, specific fears, nervous or anxious, overcoming trauma, vet visits, travelling, new homes, bonding with your animal, behavioural issues, animals bonding together including rabbit bonding (as part of a treatment plan).
For equines: box rest, farrier, vet, loading, new homes, hard to catch, herd bonding, horse and rider confidence, improved focus, backing youngsters, schooling, competition nerves, vices, pain and discomfort. Eft complements other holistic therapies and veterinary treatment.
How we do EFT
1) You decide from 1-10 how bad the emotional, behavioural or physical issue is for your animal. 2) Together we create a short tapping statement 3) Then you connect heart to heart with your animal. 4) You simply tap (on yourself), with your fingers on meridian acupressure points on your hand, head, face, collarbone and under the arm whilst repeating a short statement phrase.
EFT can be a zoom call where we share an experience together with your animal or Sarah can do a distance treatment alone with your animal after we have discussed their specific issue from their consult form. In-person treatments are available in certain Essex postcodes.

Essential oils, hydrosols, herbs and clays are all powerful healers at the cellular level helping emotional and physical issues. Inhalation is often chosen and may also be accompanied by topical applications.
