Reiki and Advanced Healing Techniques – 1 Hour – £50
The ancient Japanese healing method of “Rei” meaning “life force” and “Ki” meaning “energy”. Reiki was created by Mikao Usui a Japanese monk and is a gentle but powerful healing treatment safe for all ages and health issues. Deeply relaxing and it kickstarts our body’s own innate healing ability. Reiki rebalances our chackra system. Chackras are like spinning vortexes of energy corresponding to organs, endocrine glands, emotions and colours and if these are out of balance it causes emotional and physical dis-ease.
What happens during an in-person reiki treatment
Healing energy has no time or distance limitations as energy flows where strong intention goes. Sarah specializes in reiki and advanced healing and crystal healing techniques.
After your consultation you remove your shoes and relax laying fully clothed on a couch, supported by pillows if needed for your back and knee comfort and covered over with a luxurious light blanket. Sarah uses a serious of hand positions either on or near the body corresponding to chackras and may use a crystal dowser to balance chackras and place crystals around, however your treatment is intuitively guided.
Distance Healing Treatments – £50
Powerful healing treatments are sent as distance treatments worldwide. These treatments are equally as strong because energy knows no time or space as the universal life force energy is within and around absolutely everything, we cannot survive without it. Energy goes far beyond the physical body’s solid matter that we see. This is scientifically proven with aura photography showing a powerful electro-magnetic field linking to our chackra energy wheels.
What happens on a Distant Healing Treatment
After you have completed an emailed consult form, we arrange a mutually convenient time for your treatment and guidance on how to easily prepare for your best healing experience and aftercare.
After all distance treatments Sarah messages you after and mentions any relevant treatment details and aftercare.
If you would like a pdf of your treatment findings, crystals used and a picture and any intuitive messages sent to you this can be emailed to you for a small energy exchange of – £5 Treatment times may vary as the energy shows me where healing is needed and is up to a one hour treatment.
Crystal Healing in-person or Distant Treatment – 1 Hour and 15 Minutes – £55
Crystals have been used for centuries for healing, cleansing and protection in virtually every civilization. Each crystal holds a constant healing frequency, depending on mineral content and colour frequency they help specific emotional and physical issues. Crystals raise your body’s energy vibration up to a healthier state. Science has proven emotions and dis-eases each have a specific frequency. A true full crystal treatment is more in-depth than just placing crystals on a chackra and, works to clear and sometimes repair tears or holes within your auric energy field layers as well as chackra balancing. Tears in the auric field can be caused by stress, unhealthy lifestyle, diet, injury, shock or dis-ease , medications and surgical procedures and cause your life force energy to be depleted as well as other emotional or physical imbalances. Do you lack concentration, or feeling drained or overwhelmed?
During your crystal treatment
Relax fully clothed without footwear on a couch and covered over with a luxurious light blanket. Sarah then uses a crystal dowser to assess your chackra and aura layers. These energy vortexes may be spinning too fast or slow, each causing different issues. Crystals are intuitively chosen to help heal and realign your physical body, emotions and aura. Crystal point wands may be used to heal pain and inflammation. Sometimes crystals or a bespoke crystal / flower remedy to use at home may be recommended after a crystal or reiki treatment to carry on the deep healing.
